Approval is required from supervisor to reclassify product to a lower grade and to ensure the newly downgraded material is properly captured in the system.
• Participate, assist, and/or lead customer complaint resolution. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. Collect and compile statistical quality data. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system. As part of the investigation identify root cause(s), propose corrective action and preventative actions.
