KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle escalated support requests with a focus on resolving issues promptly and maintaining positive relationships with end-users.
• Ensure high levels of end user satisfaction by delivering timely, professional, and effective support
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams.
• Oversee the development, maintenance and support of ERP system.
• Manage backup strategies for both on-premises and cloud environments.

The Role

Looking for an IT Manager to join our client, a social services organisation located in the East. This is an individual contributor role focused on managing IT operations through effective vendor management, overseeing a single outsourced IT partner. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to support the delivery of essential social services. Key Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISM) are advantageous.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT management or similar roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing outsourced IT vendors or service providers.
• Hands-on experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and technology implementation.
