The Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support the product team for iFAST product financing business (margin loans) in the management of the margin business and drive growth for the regional loan book across Singapore/Malaysia/Hong Kong
• Research and analyse current market trends to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive offshore wealth and banking business division for key markets
• Assist and collaborate in large-scale regional Fintech projects that would add value to iFAST ecosystem and support in end-to-end planning and delivery of project cycle
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including legal/compliance, IT, finance, operations and various regional business units to achieve project outcomes
• Support in the ad-hoc UAT testing on web and mobile application portals for ongoing and new projects
• Additional/ ad-hoc duties may be assigned by Manager when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Marketing
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Strong analytical skills and verbal/written communication skills
• Knowledge in financial products, banking services and wealth management is a plus
• Some experience in project or product management would be an added advantage

Purpose:

The Shift Leader is responsible for directing the activities of the Team with an emphasis on Safety, Product Quality, on time delivery, and production efficiency. Ensure that production meets or exceeds efficiency and company quality standards. Ensure that facilities and processes conform to GMP standards by managing Quality Systems and documents.

Job Responsibility :

• Serve as the Team Leader for shift associates ensuring proper carryover of production activities and requirements. Direct the Team associates to ensure that day-to-day production schedule are met.
• Ensure a work environment exists for associates that provide effective communication between all shift team members to effectively communicate concerns regarding production.
• Ensure that production processes are in line with company and regulatory requirements; Accurately completing all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Align the direction relative to manufacturing goals to meet production needs and expectations.
• Regularly leading to check the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow.
• Managing the repair or replacement of faulty production equipment with technical support and asset care team.
• Identify and Communicate information to correct plant discipline relative to product quality and defect prevention, product disposition, and rework and/or repair activity.
• Evaluate, Monitor, and react to personnel allocation in the plant including the use of overtime in conjunction with production needs.
• Supervise the Team, Work with the Production Manager to execute performance reviews; Monitor day to day staffing assignments; Deal with additional personnel issues as assigned.
• Determine and communicate the direction relative to 5S and safety practices. Informing a production team of preferred occupational health and safety practices.
• Perform any other duty as assigned.
• Safety & ISO 14001 Environmental accountability: Ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly workplace by observing Company’s rules and procedures. Active involvement in prevention, elimination of potential safety hazards and participation in activities which promotes recycling, replacement, and reduction of resource materials.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical with minimum 2 years manufacturing experience

• Has managed a team of 30 pax before.

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience in supervision of assembly manufacturing facility.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a TEAM environment.
• Good people skills are essential for liaising with other departments.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Job Purpose

Provide technical expertise to support manufacturing in leading machine enhancement, managing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of machines, project execution, accountability on production waste and quality of all machine tools operations and the overall technician resource management in production.

Main Responsibilities
The primary role is to execute and/or lead production output, machine enhancements, manage preventive maintenance effectively. This role also facilitates meetings with various Engineers or Subject Matter Experts to determine the root course of deviations to ensure successful manufacturing activities and observing Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality Systems.

Job Requirements

• Nitec or Diploma in Engineering field
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of machines and equipments
• Willing to work overtime if required. Flexible to change to Day or Night shift if production needs changed
