Job Descriptions
· Ensure that the projects he is assigned to are completed in a timely and economical manner in keeping with the Company’s business objectives.
· Assist the Project Lead (for complex project) in developing and updating project execution schedules and plans based on each phase of the project requirement.
· Chair the daily Vessel Safety Co-ordination Committee (VSCC) meeting and approve permits for all work covered by the Permit-to-Work System for assigned projects.
· Co-ordinate with Client site team on various project updates and requirement.
· Authorize purchase of equipment, spares and materials needed for assigned projects.
· Conduct Jha and review risk assessment for key critical project activities.
· Conduct post-mortems and lesson learnt on projects to review the achievement of project objectives.
Job Requirements
· Degree or Diploma in Naval Architecture / Civil / Marine and Offshore / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering.
· At least 4 years of relevant working experience
· Knowledge of Shipyard Operations will be an added advantage
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
· Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
