Roles & Responsibilities

Delivery drivers have a variety of duties in addition to driving their routes and making their deliveries. Other

important responsibilities include:

- Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truck

- Maintains communication with management to be informed of any change of delivery, route, or schedule

- Communicating with dispatchers, drivers, and other team members to make deliveries

- Communicate with customers by phone to update them of the time of deliveries if there have been issues or changes to their estimated time of arrival

- Meeting delivery deadlines

- Performing basic truck maintenance

- Loading and unloading

- Obtaining client or customer signatures when needed

- If not follow the basic driving rules and made accident or fine means, driver must be the responsibilty

- work start time morning 545am and daily drop points 30 to 40 location, must follow the timing customers

Responsibilities

1. Monitoring of weighbridge verification
2. Preparing and submitting application for driver courses
3. Preparing of driver incentive report
4. Recording of fail delivery
5. Updating and monitoring Safety Induction Course reports
6. Providing administrative support to the department
7. Updating KPI report
8. Updating returned Delivery Order from Drivers
9. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

1. Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
3. Meticulous and possess good planning skills

Role and Responsibilites

Plan and organize to ensure daily Warehouse operations meets expectation and delivery timeline.

• Ensure all goods in the warehouse are properly collected, received, handled, accurately sorted, identified, value-added, transferred and dispatched.

• Enforce compliance to the warehouse procedures and safety.

• Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in data processing.

• Manage customer complaints and communicate effectively to resolve conflicts.

• Manage manpower deployment and arrange for overtime when the need arises.

• Good control of stock inventory accuracy and accountability.

• Identify and schedule training for the warehouse administration staff.

• Responsible to delivery & operations emergencies during stores operating hours and capability to create processes for weekends / PHs
• Handle aftersales service enquiries and defective items to ensure smooth process of the customers' repairs or products sent back to HQ
• Coordinate between suppliers, contractors and marketing & VM team for events organisation and VM installations
• Request and check invoices from suppliers / contractors
• Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary items when needed
• Generate monthly performance reports
• Provide administrative support and manage daily office/frontline operations, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
• Perform any other work duties as and when assigned by superior.
• Address issues promptly, maintain operational standards, and enhance processes for optimal efficiency.

Requirements

• At least Diploma or equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations role,would be good if its in Luxury retail industry
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Word,Excel,etc.)
• Good understanding on retail, warehousing & logistic work process
