Requirements

(a) Care duties

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Integrated Solutions, you will play a key role in Clozette Group’s business growth in Singapore through strategic partnerships with existing and new clients and agencies.

o Establish and develop strong client relationships

o Define and develop new business opportunities

o Secure business deals with persuasive proposals using market trends, case studies and solutions catered to clients’ needs and requirements

o Components for the proposal may include but are not limited to the following:

> Content marketing across Clozette and Influencers’ platforms

> Video production on multiple formats

> Experiential marketing through social engagement and commerce

> Influencer engagement

> Physical or virtual event management

o Work closely with our campaign, creative & strategy teams to ensure smooth implementation to achieve desired KPIs

Requirements:

o At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital media sales

o Intellectually curious and passionate about digital media, including content, social and influencer marketing

Role:

• Experienced NAVCOM Engineer in maritime industry.
• Specialized in servicing and re-commissioning navigation systems.
• Proficient in installation, troubleshooting, and servicing of Marine Radar, Gyro compass, Magnetic compass, autopilot, echo sounder, speed log, steering FFU/NFU, weather fax, wind speed/direction, etc.
• Skilled in Marine Telecommunication Systems, including GMDSS, VHF/UHF, MF/HF SSB, NBDP, NDB, Navtex, Inmarsat.
• Ensure personal compliance with safety regulations of both company and customer.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Marine Electronics, Field Service Engineering, Commissioning, and Microsoft Office.
• Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Training from OEM/manufacturers on Navigational equipment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of tools like CRM preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Installs foundations, walls, floors, ceilings and roofs using materials such as wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials
• Fits and installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenter’s level, plumb bob, and laser levels
• Erects scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground levels
• Studies specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required
• Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines or power saws
• Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors or other wooden fixtures used in buildings using woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools
• Assembles and fastens materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins or glue.
• Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and to repair or replace them using hand tools
• Inspects ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork to detect broken or damaged structures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter
• Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
• Willingness to always follow safety guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Conduct forecasting and planning of materials to ensure smooth production process
• Schedule and plan production activities based on job orders
• Monitor the lead time of producing the finished product
• Update and check inventory physical stock and arrange production of finished goods to meet the sales order
• Ensure production schedule meet the delivery date
• Liaise with suppliers for powder coating
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and quality issues

Requirements:

• Experience in aluminium working sector and manufacturing
• Able to lead team members on production and installation
• Have experience in working machineries
• Able to read technical and installation drawings
• Ensure products and install quality
• Planning of production schedules and allocate sufficient Manpower
• Implementation production processes and maximize efficiency and reduce production waste
• Implementing continuous process improvements
• Preparing material and equipment lists, PO, cost analyses and estimated cost
• Provide training staff for new production teams

Responsibilities:

Accounting & Reporting (30%):

• Supporting the day to day general ledger accounting and reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis – Using QuickBooks (or Xero)
• Support in all monthly, quarterly and annual close activities which include analyzing accounts, journal entries (and/or amending them), performing account reconciliations, and preparing reports and financial documents
• GST-Filing: Collate all the necessary documentation and reports, ensure approval by Company Directors and submit to Head of Finance

Finance (40%):

• Organise the planning and forecasting process to build a complete picture of our P&L
• Develop dashboards and projectors using QuickBooks
• Provide support on costings for project proposals to clients
• Handle company payments as required, including creators involved in Crowdsourcing
• Invoice and accounts payable: Issue invoices to clients as per project schedule. Ensure on time payment from clients. Ensure payment on time to suppliers, as per our commitments and cash flow position
• Track time sheets of whole team to analyse/report profitability on a project by project basis

Overall Team Support (30%):

• Prepare Director’s claim on monthly basis
• Record and keep track of employees’ leave benefits
• Ensure time sheets are submitted on weekly basis
• Provide support with Expenses for the team
• Administrative support (travel, venues materials, external participants etc)
• Any other ad-hoc admin duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Demonstration of key finance competencies and qualifications, ideally with 2 or more years of experience
• Strong FP&A and controllership background
• As the Finance Spark, one needs to be a self-starter and proactive person
• Willing to learn quickly, not afraid to speak up (or have a POV), want to make a difference
• Ability and tact to work across very different cultures (form Europe to Asia)
• Articulate, with excellent command of English
• Familiar with Quickbooks, Xero and Microsoft Office suite (Excel in particular) and digitally savvy
• Ability to effectively interact with external stakeholders including advisors, clients, banks, and regulatory bodies such as ACRA and IRAS

Reservations Agent

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle all aspects of reservations for hotel booking

· Answer incoming telephone calls and handle bookings upon inquiry

· Liaise directly with the Manager on duty for daily arrivals

· Handle room allocation

· Answer emails for reservations with inquiries and confirmed bookings

· Handle on line travel agent bookings and answer inquires

· Handle guest requests and dispatch to relevant departments

· Daily filing of reservations paper work

· Compliant to company’s Policies and Procedures relating to guest services for reservations and front office functions
