Responsibilities:

• Involved in the preparation of food and beverages
• Ensure that kitchen utensils and equipment are in good condition to operate

• Ensure that food can be prepared in a timely manner

• Ensure freshness of food items and discard expired/ spoilt items
• Observe food stock levels and place orders when necessary

This position reports to the Executive Director (ED) and Corporate Manager and interfaces with beneficiaries, stakeholders, and volunteers.
