Responsibilities:
- Lead in driving the pitch process, working with the team to ensure that proposals achieve desired objectives, address a concern and meets timeline.
- Lead in Business Development strategies.
- Lead in Business Development outreach activities.
- Interpret client briefs and critically questioning it, to understand what client needs are and how to achieve them.
- Develop and conceptualize marketing campaigns and event activations.
- Develop IP content and concept papers.
- Develop business plan and conduct feasibility studies
- Develop and strengthen business relationship with client.
- Lead in development of creative strategies through effective brainstorming.
- Produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs and white papers.
- Working with the team from start to end and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies.
- Articulate creative intent to others and proactively engaging stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
- Eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks and produce high-quality proposals.
- Regularly review client's competitors to benchmark initiatives and broaden understanding of the industry landscape
- Lead and conduct competitive analysis and research.
The Creative Events Producer is a highly collaborative role, with immense responsibility of inspiring team mates and working with internal teams to achieve desired vision and success.
Required Skills and Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in an agency environment.
- An individual who desires to produce great experiential marketing professional with a deep understanding of all aspects required to create a large, complex experience that reaches a sophisticated audience.
- Be comfortable and confident working in a dynamic environment, partnering with teams to move through the unknown.
- A responsible and task-oriented individual who owns projects and work streams, keen to understand and manage project process from opportunity brief to strategy/proposal development, and final execution.
- Candidate must be able to appreciate good communication skills.
- Candidate must possess professional email management skills and is able to articulate ideas effectively.
- Candidate should have a good command of English Language (written & spoken) - A keen eye for detail coupled with exceptional writing and research skill.
- Ability to use data and metrics to measure the performance of overall efforts and determine improvements and innovations
- A broad understanding of reporting metrics to help improve and strengthen digital activity and development.
- Good knowledge and experience with data analytic tools like (not limited to) Google Analytics, Hootsuite and Brand24.
- Up to date with current marketing and social trends. It’s important that candidates possess an entrepreneurial spirit, with the tenacity/hunger of an enterprising start-up and relishes at/for the opportunity to be part of a pioneering team.
