About The Role

The Corporate Services Team is an important pillar that provides the necessary HR, finance and administrative support for the organization as a whole. This team works closely with the Management to ensure staff and volunteers are well-supported. The incumbent is expected to plan, coordinate and manage a mix of portfolios under the umbrella of corporate services. We are looking for individuals who are good team players and passionate about supporting social workers and counsellors working in the frontline.

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for designing and developing mechanical parts for the emergency lighting products.

· Responsible to ensure mechanical design meets the product requirements and project scopes and able to deliver all the product lifecycle deliverables as per the committed plan.

· Carry out project development activities from design stage to mass production.

· Perform root cause analysis on the issues found during development and production phase.

· Establish detail design drawing, bill of material and assembly instruction within project schedule.

Requirements:

· Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Degree in Engineering Mechanical or equivalent.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in R&D environment, preferably in emergency lighting products.

· Proficient in 3D software (preferably SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

· Effective verbal & written communication skills, a positive attitude, an open mindset and a team player.

· Process strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.

The main responsibility of a Washer cum Pump Attendant is to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our fleet of vehicles and assist drivers to refuel their vehicles, maintain cleanliness and smooth operation of fuel kiosks.

Main Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle cleaning duties, including washing and vacuuming both the interior and exterior of our fleet of vehicles.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that vehicles meet the company's cleanliness standards.
• Assist drivers with refueling their vehicles.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in car cleaning is preferred, although candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Able to perform shift duties and overtime when necessary.

Qualifications / Certifications

• Singapore Class 3 driving licence
• Taxi Driver’s Vocational Licence (Preferred)

Work Location: Changi

Working Hours: 5 days work week with 1 day off and 1 day rest

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in office and operations administration matters.

2. Assist in updating operations records, issuing of invoices, quotations, delivery orders etc.

3. Handle and record phone enquiries, assist and preparation of goods for delivery/collection, assist in recording collection book for collection of items.

4. Design and conduct inventory count and perform stock take with warehouse assistant.

5. Assist in data entry, scanning, filing, updating physical documents into excel and computer system.

6. Any other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide effective support and assistance to the Team Leader / Deputy Group Head in the daily operations of the Operations Control Group (OCG) mainly Account Services, Credit Limit Setup, Audit Confirmation & related Customer Services.

• Process transactions / requests in compliance with the Bank's Policy & Procedures, Head Office Rules in alignment with the local and related overseas laws and regulations. End-to-end understanding in terms of Controls associated with transaction / request processing must be robust.
• Observe the rules and regulations of the Compliance Manual of the Bank associated with the Anti-Money Laundering, KYC requirements, MAS regulations, etc.
• Participate actively with the Team Leader / Deputy Group Head in resolving operational issues, and manage change projects (including Business Analysis, support UAT planning & execution).
• Identify areas to improve the operational efficiencies (proactively contribute to Time & Cost Savings) and effectiveness (controls) of the Group, and propose and support the implementation of improvements of workflows & processes.
• Investigate and report discrepancies and irregularities arising from transactions, system failure, etc. and resolve issues including handling customer / stakeholder's complaints and escalating all issues promptly.
• Participate actively in the various Business Continuity Plan Drills which are held regularly by the Bank and the local regulatory authority.
• Cross-train other colleagues within Team OCG to ensure there is sufficient back-up to cover each process from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of Banking experience in Managing Customer Account Setup, including Maintenance, Offboarding & issuance of Audit Confirmation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with immediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Possess critical thinking skills, and able to link diverse information to build a full picture and spot inconsistencies.
• Meticulous, attention to detail with a risk and control mindset.
• Good oral & written communication skills, strong inter-personal skills, and a strong customer service aptitude.

Job Responsibilities

• Process daily trade transactions in a timely and accurate manner within service level agreement
• Perform pre-processing review of customers’ submissions and conduct documentary checks
• Ensure that regulatory, bank’s policies, guidelines, control and compliance requirements are strictly adhered to
• Complete daily reconciliation activities and prepare reports to internal stakeholders and/or customers.
• Liaise with client on updating transaction statuses and support addressing transaction related queries.
• Contribute to various process improvements and other projects as allocated

Job Requirements

• Graduate, preferably in Banking & Finance.
• At least 1-3 years of trade operations experience
