The Consultant is responsible for providing functional guidance and expert advice to our banking clients on the configuration of TEMENOS Products and customized developments throughout all stages of projects from initiation to post-live support.

What is your mission?

About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Corporate Secretarial team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

To provide high quality services for Citco’s Private Equity and Real Estate clients. You will become lead a team of company secretaries and support staff that manages a portfolio of client companies incorporated in Singapore and other fund jurisdictions.

· Ensure on-time and on-budget corporate services delivery for our clients in the Asia region

· Develop and monitor control systems to manage client SLAs and operational deliverables

· Manage, motivate, and lead a team of professionals and monitor their effectiveness

· Work closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements and system development with the aim of minimizing operational risk and improving efficiencies

· Maintaining and advising our clients on proper corporate (secretarial) governance

· Establish professional relationships with clients and other key internal/external parties as required

· Drive strategic communication with clients and negotiate service level agreements (SLA)

· Understand and communicate clients’ requests with various Citco business functions, operational and support teams to promote effective internal communication

· Develop a broad understanding of Citco business lines and associated product/service propositions

· Provide technical support and SME knowledge to the operational team who act as the “go to” person for legal and corporate queries from the clients

· Stay updated on market changes and train staff.

· Assisting the team with administrative assignment

· Assisting the KYC department with collection KYC documentation collection

About You:

· You are minimally Diploma qualified or equivalent corporate secretarial qualifications with at least 10 years of relevant working experience in the corporate secretarial field;

· You possess a good understanding of the Singapore Companies Act, CAP 50 and ACRA filings;

· You can work independently and have the ability to organize and prioritize work with minimum supervision with a flexible and proactive attitude;

· You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external clients and provides exceptional client service;

· Good communication, analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills;

· Willing to develop a career in the company secretarial profession, able to work under pressure and be a good team player;

· Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and ViewPoint is a plus;

· Take personal ownership (going beyond assigned tasks to make project better, and demonstrate strong concern for client).

· Carry out the overall renovation project planning, cost control and project management.· Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills as you will be working closely with clients and suppliers to ensure effective delivery within the expected time frame, costing, and quality objectives.

· Review contractual terms, and attend meetings/ site walks to have a clear understanding of project requirements.

· Monitor works for the contract, and ensure that it is done in compliance with contract specifications, including verification of completed works.

JOB CONTENT:

• Conduct regular account reviews with assigned Asia Sales Management to review key performing indicators, ensure proper account qualification, coverage, strategy and assignments in order to maximize revenue.
• Responsible for working with assigned Asia Sales Management to ensure their activities are aligned with corporate strategy.
• Analyze and prepare executive summaries for senior / executive management highlighting branch performance, staffs’ productivity levels and recommendations.
• Drive initiative / projects that directly contribute to enhancements in efficiency and increased profitability.
• Collaborate with counterparts in other territories to oversee the Global Transfer Business process, which tracks business moving from one territory to another. Work with global sales teams in order to facilitate the transfer process.
• Mediate inter-branch conflict regarding fair distribution of revenue credit as it relates to transfer business.
• Ensure proper implementation of Sales Operating Procedures and Best Business Practices.

CREDENTIALS:

QUALIFICATIONS

· Diploma / Degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance or Business Administration.

EXPERIENCES

· Preferably 1-2 years business working experience.

· 1 years auditing experience and min 1 years’ commercial finance experience (supporting sales and involved in sales reviews)

· Experience driving and managing change. Strong ability to sell ideas and get the “buy-in” of peers and branch management.

· Experience working with Senior leadership team

· Ability to analyze data and present findings to senior level management in a concise manner.

· Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team environment.

· Travelling may be required.
