RESPONSIBILITIES

Contents Creation (40%)Monitor social buzz and trends and translate them to actions to help support business goals.
Conceptualizing and creating social media content (Photography/ Videography/ Graphic Design) for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok etc...
Manage our social media accounts

Marketing (60%)Involved in the planning and execution of activations and campaigns to support new launches and brand’s key promotions.
Ensure launch/campaign readiness, planning and execution of product launches/marketing activations to ensure alignment with brand strategy in collaboration
Lead the development of brand collaterals (brochures and gift with purchases)
Develop product page for new launch product by localizing from the original Korean content.
Support AMM on media campaigns, KOL marketing & liaison and social campaigns to drive brand growth.
Support the team in daily operations follow-up & execution (quality issues, or any brand related matters)
Support / Lead new launch physical events

Requirements
At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Relevant Beauty field and interest in Korean Beauty will be a plus.)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro
A self-starter who can work independently with a positive mindset, collaborative and passionate about beauty & marketing.
A strong team player with good communication skills to facilitate cross functional discussions
Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks in detail with great multitasking skills in a very fast-paced environment

Summary:

This position is responsible for directing, monitoring, and supervising the day-to-day activities of all sections within the Front Office and other operational departments of the Hotel, including the business centre. The Duty Manager ensures smooth operations and customer service satisfaction in line with the established standards and policies of the Hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Direct, monitor and supervise the day-to-day activities of all sections within the Front Office and other services rendered by other operational departments of the Hotel
• Supervise sections in Front Office, such as reception, cashier, telephone, reservation and baggage services. Monitor the junior staff’s conduct and job performance and to ensure that all staff project a positive corporate image to guests.
• Perform duties pertaining to security such as directing guests reporting incidents, thefts, or any offences to the Security department for assistance and handle matters concerning guest’s undesirable conduct in rooms / public areas or undesirable persons loitering around in co-ordination with the security department
• Monitor room inventory closely to ensure maximum utilisation of rooms to generate higher revenue
• Ensure that guests are attended to with promptness, courtesy and efficiency and that guest complaints are handled with tact and diplomacy. Assist in checking in / out of guests.
• Maintain cash float amount in accordance with expected occupancy. Authorise rate and room changes, paid outs, cash advances, acceptance of cheques according to procedures and credit policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field, preferrably in Hospitality
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar capacity in hospitality industry
• Team player with positive attitude, enthusiasm and initiative
• Knowledge in Opera System
• Ability to lead team and drive results

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of diploma in business administration or related fields

• Pleasant and calm disposition with good interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
• Strong planning, organization and coordination skills
• Good problem-solving ability and meticulous

This role is one of very few positions that are primed to directly influence the guest experience. You will directly be able to ensure that our guests leave happy and satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurants—especially being able to identify unique opportunities to delight in the day-to-day service.

You'll be in charge of:

• Prepare the restaurant for opening and closing
• Setting up tables with the correct number of place settings, including crockery, silverware, glasses, and napkin
• Maintain restaurant's overall cleanliness at all times
• Readily stand by at the pass, to pick up dishes which are ready to be presented to the guest
• The ability to explain the ingredients used and/or methods on how to enjoy the dish when presenting the dish to the guest
• Proactive and able to anticipate guests' needs
• Refresh the table with finesse once guests have finished their main course
• Other additional task includes setting up and breaking down tables, restocking supplies, using the glassware dishwasher and other cleaning duties
