• Troubleshoot and resolve client requests or issues promptly, to coordinate with internal support teams where required.
• Maintenance of Client database, including data entry and upload
• Client implementation and system setups
• Generate and prepare monthly/ ad-hoc Client reporting
• Client contract renewals and upsell of services where applicable.
• Other administrative tasks including member card preparation, documentation, filing etc
• Assist with accounts receivable follow-ups where required

Requirements for the role:

• Diploma in any discipline
• Candidates with prior experience with healthcare insurance provider will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for customer service
