As the Chef de Partie, you will assist to oversee the assigned kitchen section/station in the outlet and ensure that it runs according to the hotel’s strategies and performance standards whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. You will be responsible to assist in the organising and setting up of the kitchen section as effectively as possible, monitor food and operating costs, manage and reduce wastage. You will also prepare consistent, high quality food products and provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service.

Your Profile

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Culinary or Hospitality management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie or 3 to 4 years work experience as Demi Chef in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
• Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.
• Experience in leading a diverse team with varying degrees of experience and talents will be an advantage.
• Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
• Simple spoken and written English.
• With a positive can-do attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Report and assists to the Restaurant Manager in day to day restaurant operation.

Supervise the Restaurant Supervisor, Waiter / Waitress, Host / Hostess.

Set an example by reporting to duty punctually.

Maintains a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

Assist in leading the restaurant efficiently in costs and expenses, constantly delivering the highest quality as well as driving high top line revenue and profit.

Provide a professional and courteous service at all times and ensure that all employees follow the example.

Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organised at all times.

Act as a Manager in duty in the absence of the Restaurant Manager in the outlet.

Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the restaurant.

Assist in communication within the outlet and to attend weekly outlet meetings fostering teamwork.

Be knowledgeable to operate the existing POS system.

Plan daily routine checklist and station division according to the work schedule.

Report incidents that require disciplinary actions immediately to the Restaurant / Outlet Manager.

Coordinate the review of outlet’s operation updates annually as requested by the Restaurant Manager.

Support activities and cooperation with the suppliers.

Assist in carrying out scheduled inventories of products and equipment.

Undertake reasonable tasks and secondary duties as appointed by the Restaurant Manager.

Handle guest enquiries and complaints in the outlet in a courteous and efficient manner.

Ensure that the opening and closing procedures established for the outlet are followed.

Assign responsibilities to subordinates implementing a multi-tasking principle and check their performance periodically.

Job Description:

As a Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating clients' beauty needs by asking questions and performing skin analyses.
• Performing facials treatments including cleansing, toning, exfoliating, massaging and applying masks, various massage techniques on clients' face, shoulders and hands.
• Explaining all treatment (Facial and Red Light Therapy) procedures to clients.
• Performing various skin treatments according to clients' needs, such as peels, facials, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Offering personalized recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensuring clients' comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Keeping up-to-date records of treatments, products used, and client preferences.
• Promoting and upselling beauty and wellness products and packages to clients.
• Ensuring that used inventory is replaced.
• Sanitizing the treatment room before and after each treatment.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a cohesive and positive work atmosphere.
• Full-time positions offer a starting pay of $2,000 per month along with commission opportunities.
• Part-time positions available too.

• Welcome fresh graduates from ITE (Beauty and Wellness course).
• Strong passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
• Able to work on Saturdays and public holidays.
