Accountabilities:
1. Learner-Centered Service Delivery: Execute the day-to-day work processes for the smooth delivery of services to SIM GE learners. Support the Supervisor in monitoring the day-to-day work processes for the smooth delivery of services to SIM GE learners.

Job Requirements:
Academic Education and Work Experience:
1. Preferably degree with at least 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience, including in a supervisory position, within a customer-focused environment, preferably in an education setting
2. Understanding of frontline customer/call centre operations, with knowledge of customer service and enquiry-handling processes
3. Bilingual with good command of spoken and written English
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Job description:

• Responsible for day to day Operations and administration on network & security infrastructure
• Responsible for firewall security appliances, routers and switches particularly trouble shooting and/or debugging network related problems.
• Perform support, configuration and maintenance of network equipment and network operating System
• Perform basic Linux administration and able to configure, manage network application.
• Handle network projects and identify any missing components in the infrastructure and support future demands on the network infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

Role Responsibilities

• Lead & deliver multi-service line (apps, Infra and security) projects as a solution architect
• Understands client’s requirements, current IT infrastructure, application framework, business opportunities and vision to guide the architecture; owns the architecture and work with Business Analysts and Development Project Managers during project implementation.
• Should have knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks.
