Job Descriptions:

• Develop and execute key account strategies tailored to customer needs, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering mutually beneficial solutions.
• Manage sales and operations across the Singapore market, implementing effective strategies to meet sales targets for Eagle Brand's product range.
• Conduct market research and store visits to gain insights that inform and support sales strategies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product placement and visibility in supermarkets, retail stores, pharmacy chains, travel retail, and tourist outlets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to manage promotional campaigns, ensuring adherence to A&P budgets.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with key clients, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Provide regular reports and updates on key account activities and sales performance to the head of sales.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of key account management experience, with a proven track record in the FMCG industry, especially in the analgesic sector.
• Experience in Modern Trade, particularly with pharmacy channel clients, as well as travel retail, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s local market dynamics and business acumen.
• Experience working with major retail chains or distributors in Singapore.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in trade marketing and distributor management is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure.
• Must have own transport.

• ITE Certificate in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• Preferably able to start immediately.
• Experience in repair / maintenance of electronic equipment.
• Able to work on site to keep electrical and electronic equipment running smoothly.

We are hiring English and Chinese Preschool Teachers to care for children from ages 18 months to 6 years of age.
