Job Responsibilities:
Manage feedback and complaint cases

• Overseeing the follow up of feedback and complaints on clinical matters
• Overseeing the handling of medico-legal complaints to ensure proper investigation and input from staff concerned and where relevant, seeking views and opinions from specialists.
• Co-ordinate with lawyers, Medical Insurers and where relevant, Dental Officers/Dental Surgeons’ insurers to ensure closure of case, after addressing concerns of patient and family members.

Policies and Procedures

• Maintain JCI / ISO documents.

Dental Intranet

• Maintain and update information on intranet

Responsibilities

- Able to work independently in a food science laboratory and possesses analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ensure all product creations comply with customer, government and legal regulatory requirements within the country of use
- Ensure timely documentations of formulae, product and packaging specifications, sensory evaluation, nutritional information and any other document related to product / packaging development
- Extend the application of product(s) developed through recipes creation and sensory evaluation
- Send newly developed products for nutritional, microbiological analysis and other tests such as gluten, aflatoxin, GMO, Sudan Red, 3-MCPD, etc. to meet specific market requirements
- Support Sales / Marketing / Business Unit / Management in Trade events / exhibitions /product presentation and market study by preparing recipes and products.
- Provide training and technical support to Sales / Marketing / Business Unit in new product development and new product launches.
- Any other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned by direct supervisor

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Food Science / Food Technology or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant R&D experience in rice, shelf stable sauces (must have) and condiments
- Knowledge in HACCP, GMP and other safety regulations
- Proven track record on product innovation and commercialisation with an in-depth knowledge for conceptualization to technology transfer in the production scale
- Good interpersonal skills, work ethic, creative, meticulous, flexible and positive thinking
- Good Team player who has passion in food and health

The Accounts Executive reports to the Management; to support and carry out the responsibilities of the accounting department. He/she covers duties such as work that is specific to accounts receivable, data compilation, billing, or other accounting tasks. He/she may be requested to participate in ad-hoc finance-related projects and order fulfilment when necessary.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an Accounts Executive to be responsible for the day-to-day accounting & finance function within the company

• Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, etc.;
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports for subsidiaries;
• Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards;
• Assist in group consolidation reports;
• Support audit and tax queries;
• Liaise with banks on banking transactions;
• Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions;
• Support the operational teams in maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting & finance;
• Strong understanding of accounting principles;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;
• Hands-on experience in cloud accounting systems such as Autocount would be an advantage.
