KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualisation and creation of visual assets for use across social media, digital and traditional platforms
• Executing brand’s social media, digital, and content strategies
• Coordinating with relevant parties and agencies to ensure consistency in brand strategy across all channels
• Stay updated on evolving luxury media landscape covering online and offline channels
• Daily monitoring of social channels and participating in meaningful conversations with clients through social and digital channels
• Thoughtful copywriting for social media, blogposts, eDMs, press releases, etc.)
• Web design and management (Shopify Preferred)
• Global and local influencer, celebrity, and media relations
• Assisting in photography, and videography, as well as ad-hoc content creating operations
• Overseeing Visual Merchandising (VM) and retail marketing collaterals.
• Events Management
• Propose marketing strategy to improve traffic flow to stores
• Generate monthly reports and provide key points of analysis to the marketing team to improve the marketing strategies
• Ensure effectiveness of all marketing and media campaigns
• To develop and execute industry best practice strategies
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager or Management
• Periodic visit to the Flagship to understand business marketing needs

REQUIREMENTS

• A cover letter
• A degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Studies, or equivalent with 3 years of retail/digital marketing experience
• Initiative and resourcefulness
• Proficiency in social media tools (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok etc)
• Excellent copywriting skills, and thoughtful storytelling in English
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft office
• Experience in video production and/or video editing tools such as iMovie, Premiere Pro etc
• A thorough understanding of luxury, its clientele, and its nuances
• The ability to prioritise work, and complete tasks diligently in a fast-paced environment
• The drive to work well with a team, and/or on their own and to handle ambiguity
• The willingness to learn beyond field of specialty

CANDIDATES WITH AN ADVANTAGE:

• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin
• Experience in a marketing/advertising/public relations agency
• Experience working in luxury brand (fashion/retail/hospitality/travel etc)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Involved in Direct Sales to clients by attending to sales enquiries and following up on leads
• Actively pursue sales through maintaining and expanding customer database
• Meet individual sales target
• Report to Sales Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Highly motivated and results oriented
• Effectively bilingual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Class 3 driving licence is essential

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting in clinic daily operations, clinical procedure and dispensing medication

• Checking patient vital signs and clinical measurements

• Attend to patients and phone calls

• Appointment booking for patients

• Handle patient's registration and data entry

• Collection of payment

• Maintaining clinic cleanliness

• Any other ad hoc assignments as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor

Job Requirement

• GCE O level & above

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is preferable

• Knowledge of Medisave claimable is preferable

• Customer service experience will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project management to Building Improvement Work for organization's buildings.
• Monitor and verification of work done for payment and budget monitoring.
• Manage the reinstatement works including liaising with landlord and verification of work done for payment and budgeting for organization's building.
• Support daily operations for organization's buildings maintenance matters.
• Support the setting up and relocation of affected organization offices and staff to other location.

Key Requirement:

• Only Singaporean
• Degree in facilities management any related field
• Experience in project management/facilities management will be a bonus.
• Knowledge in project and contracts management is an advantage
