Staff Nurse

You will assist patients with their continuing care needs, to develop a safe,

smooth, and timely discharge care plan from the hospital to the community. This will include actively participating in the daily rounds and discharge huddles with the physicians and care teams to facilitate communication and planning with the patients as well as their family members and caregivers.

You are expected to identify and manage potential issues to the discharge plans, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care teams to expedite diagnostic testing, treatments and consultations. Additionally, you will monitor and follow through with the patients’ post-discharge through regular follow-up calls, and referrals to appropriate community and social agencies, according to the care needs of the patients and their caregivers. You will be required to support and work collaboratively with all stakeholders for the patients’ seamless transition to step-down care.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse or Nursing qualification recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board with at least 1-2 years’ nursing experience in an acute hospital setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with database knowledge
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess good analytical and organisational skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team

The Associate Executive will perform administrative duties to support a three-year project entitled “Developing an Eye Bank E-learning course for training within EYE ACP” which is fully funded by the Duke-NUS Academic Medicine Philanthropic Fund. The Associate Executive will be responsible for coordinating courseware development activities as well as providing administrative support to participants when the course is rolled out. In addition, the Associate Executive is expected to perform basic book-keeping, purchasing and disbursement duties. The Associate Executive will assist in marketing and promotional activities and help prepare regular updates, reports and presentations to senior management and grant administrators.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that participants receive their LMS accounts in a timely manner and provide assistance/referral to technical support staff if issues arises

• Ensure that relevant records and forms are maintained for ease of retrieval and analysis

Coordinate marketing and promotional activities:

• Ensure that both physical and virtual marketing/promotional activities are rolled out in a timely manner
• Able to provide feedback to project directors on the response from the intended audience and make suggestions as required
• Materials are prepared in a cost-effective and timely manner

Preparation of reports, presentations, and other miscellaneous administrative duties

The Psychologist provides psychological services within multi-disciplinary settings, applying a wide array of psychometric assessments and treatments for clients with routine psychological conditions. S/He conducts and writes reports for Mental Capacity Assessment for deputyship. S/He conducts psychoeducational programmes and training for other professionals. An Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing client care, performing therapy execution and client education activities to an assigned group of clients. S/He performs continuing education and research to achieve quality client care.

Job Description

Delivery Coordinator

· Ensure food is prepared and delivered properly and efficiently

· Check the final presentation of the order and ensure that every item in the order is duly prepared

· Pack and set order for rider to pick up

· Assign rider to orders in an efficient manner, ensuring delivery times are met

· Attend to customer complaints and take note of customers’ requests

Job Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of relevant working experience as a Food Delivery Rider
2. Able to work 5.5 day work week on split shifts and straight shifts, and on weekends and public holidays.

You will support the training and development programmes of the Nursing departments. 3. Involve in program development and delivery facilitated both on-line and in person.
4. Generate and prepare report and develop comprehensive learning analytics for departments and management, enabling informed decision-making in the planning and refinement of training strategies.

Projects

B. Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development.
