Position Summary:

As a Project Executive at BELLS, you will play a vital role in the planning, development, and

Key Responsibilities:

Class Planning:

Administration:

Responsibilities

· To provide overall support and assistance to the Sales Managers, Product Managers, Technical Applications Manager and Applications Engineers in the office.

· To manage the smooth transition of the sales process in its entirety and to ensure that proper documentation and communication procedures are adhered to in accordance with the Company’s operational policies. This function shall include the arrangement of shipment documents, packaging, receipt and delivery of goods and services and the processing of the associated documents to facilitate these processes.

· To receive goods and prepare goods for pre-dispatch check and dispatch, in particular removal of all principal’s documents from within packaging.

· To maintain a proper filing system of all documents and correspondences associated to the business within your group.

· To assist in the general administrative duties in the office, including the answering of telephone calls.

· To provide services to any other tasks that may be assigned to you by your superior or the management from time to time.

• Work on identifying and developing talent pipelines for key positions within the organization.
• Ensure a smooth transition of leadership and key roles through effective succession planning.

11. HR Technology Management:
• Oversee the implementation and management of HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR technologies.

• Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of human resources principles and practices.

ATTITUDE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

1. Recognised degree in the field of human services, non-profit sector management, public administration or equivalent.

2. Keen interest in the non-profit sector and youth development.

3. Minimally 5 years of experience in Human Resources.

4. Ability to provide a work environment that engenders positive energy, creativity and teamwork among employees.

5. Outstanding leadership skills with ability to lead a team and give directions to employees.

6. Ability to supervise and evaluate employees and their work performance, establish rules and procedures and create efficient work schedules.

8. Possess a high sense of commitment to work with willingness to put in extra time and effort.

11. Ability to work closely with the board of directors as an effective business partner and come up with strategies to grow the Charity’s business.

Job Summary

• To handle inquiries and obtain correct information regarding details of reservation.
• To answer, confirm and process reservation requests. To ensure all information pertaining to reservations are properly taken and entered into the system.
• To keep up-to-date rooms available for sale and changes in hotel room rates.
• To maintain and update a Reservation Request Form File.
• To help maximize room sales by up-selling.
