In addition to arranging business travel for employees, the Executive Assistant will undertake various tasks including social media management, photo and video editing, and general administrative duties such as inbox management and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Researches and compares available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel need.
• Makes all travel arrangements and reservations within approved travel reasons and budget limits.
• Prepares comprehensive travel itineraries and distributes schedules to all appropriate staff.
• Advises travelers on and assists with any need for specialized travel documents such as visas or passports.
• Manages social media accounts, including content creation and posting.
• Utilizes photo and video editing skills to enhance multimedia content for social media and other platforms.
• Maintains organized inbox, frequently checking and updating the principal on emails that require attention.
• Assists with scheduling of ongoing tasks and appointments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of the travel industry with at least 2 years’ experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Basic social media skills, including content creation and posting.
• Familiarity with photo and video editing software.
• Comfortable with schedule flexibility, including frequent business trips.
