Job Description

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients’ vehicles maintained by the workshop are roadworthy and comply with maintenance programs and standard.
• Manage workshop's performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations are followed.
• Lead the overall implementation of bus fleet maintenance regime.
• Manage annual budget for the department.
• Manage multiple contractors to ensure safety requirements as well as operating and quality standards are met.
• Lead technical recovery, complex fault analysis and testing of bus fleet and systems.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance teams.
• Promote LEAN, PIP and any Productivity and Green Movement.
• Review and approve maintenance schedule and manpower plans.
• Review audits on maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations.
• Define procurement specifications for the sourcing of vendors.
• Endorse inspection and maintenance documents for work closure at the workshop level.
• Any ad-hoc jobs as per assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in Management / Supervisory position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented.
• Proficient in software applications such as Microsoft office and SAP.
• Possess Singapore Class 4 driving license will be an added advantage.
• Possess safety, Six Sigma, lean management, or similar certifications will be an added advantage.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Carry out daily inspection for facility plant equipment.
2. Carry out periodic maintenance of machines & ensure that all potential environmental impact associated with the machineries are minimized & mitigated.
3. Carry out schedule and preventive maintenance works.
4. Attend to breakdowns and assist in repair works, and escalate calls for vendor support if necessary.
5. Update and maintain records of plant equipment and machinery.
6. Upkeep the spare parts list and ensure purchases requisitions are made.

Competence Requirement

· Preferred to have NTC/ Diploma in Mechanical / Mechantronics / Electrical Engineering field.

• Fresh may be considered, but preferred with 1 – 2 years of related experiences in Maintenance of Equipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily Indonesia operating transactions.
• Liaise with the Accountant (Indonesian Payroll Service Provider) to ensure all submissions to the relevant authorities are handled timely with zero tolerance for errors.
• Keep proper cashflow and petty cash statements.
• Support and assist colleagues with their queries via emails and/or calls.
• Generate and issue sales invoices upon goods received.
• Assist in checking of Indonesia staff claims and petty cash.
• Undertake filing of documents and additional ad-hoc duties when assigned.
