Responsibilities

· Responsible for providing preventive maintenance service for BMS (Building Management System)

· Carry out troubling shooting, analyzing and rectification of the system on time

· Support client with system operation and recommendation for improvement

· Data analyzing and determination of the system operation status

· Response client’s request and attend the issue in short notice

· Supervise subcontractor to carry out the work safely

· Provide the assistance to colleague and mentoring actively

· Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards

· Prepare and submit quotations, including material, labor, and scope of works

· Perform replacement/repair, fit out works/A&A for existing BMS site

· Perform weekly standby on rotation schedule

· Perform calibration and verification of BMS sensors annually

· Provide sales support BMS service and site survey

Requirements

· Diploma/ Degree from a recognized technical institute

· Hands on experience in BMS Control System

· Hands on experience in programming languages and logic gates

· Familiar with digital fundamental

· Knowledge on basic networking

· Prepare detailed design reports, calculations and drawings.

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).

· Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures.

· Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills.

· Have good knowledge of common engineering design software.

· Working experience in engineering design consulting practice on building, geotechnical, infrastructure, rail or road projects (underground/basement/elevated structures, tunnel structures and MRT station structures).

· Strong analytical skills.

· Able to work under pressure with good time management skill.

Primary Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

· Lead complex and high-priority projects, and manage sponsors and stakeholders with competing priorities, resourcing levels and time constraints.

· Work independently to manage multiple complex projects. Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams including UX designers, developers, system engineers, testers, business divisions and leadership to implement features for global roll-out

· Identify and manage program blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical or operational constraints

· Guide the project team(s) to follow the team’s project management best practices

· Drive the project team(s) to accomplish daily activities by actively promoting prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each project phase or sprint.

· Assist the project team(s) in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and efficiencies

· Work with the broader Windows Engineering teams to define product goals and longer-term strategic vision

· Develop, implement, and manage new services and tools, and strategic programs to support and enhance stakeholder engagement, communication and feedback

· Be obsessed with user-centric design and delivering the best user experience

· Assist with the investigation and root cause resolution for escalations.

Qualifications

· The candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in project management.

· Strong communication, presentation and technical writing skills.

· Ability to work independently and in collaboration with other team members.

· Proactively identify efficiency and design improvements to existing systems and processes.
