• Pre-production Planning: Collaborate with clients or creative teams to understand the vision, goals, and key elements of the video project. This includes storyboarding, shot planning, and location scouting.
• Sound Recording: Ensure quality audio by using proper microphones, booms, or lapel mics, and managing background noise.

Post-Production:

• Video Editing: Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to compile, cut, and arrange footage into a coherent and engaging video.
• Color Grading: Adjust colors to create the desired mood or match a particular aesthetic.
• Sound Editing: Sync and balance audio, add sound effects, and include background music where needed.

Client Management:

• Work closely with clients to ensure their vision is executed. This includes understanding feedback, making revisions, and delivering the final product in a timely manner.
• Provide advice or creative input when necessary, offering solutions that meet both the client's needs and technical feasibility

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Camera Equipment: Knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, professional video cameras, lenses, and other video recording gear.
• Video Editing Software: Expertise in industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Creativity: Strong sense of visual storytelling and composition, with the ability to create compelling narratives or promotional videos.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of lighting techniques, sound recording, camera settings (ISO, aperture, shutter speed), and post-production tools.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail in both filming and editing to ensure the final product meets quality standards.

Job Description

• Provide administrative and contractual support and maintain all required project information throughout each project for claim purposes to ensure that the claim data are up-to-date and comprehensive.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foreman to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Prepare progressive claims and potential variation claims at regular intervals of the project.
• Able to read drawings and take out the quantity , prepare tender
• Maintaining proper documentation of correspondence from contract award to job completion to ensure all relevant claims are lodged accordingly to the client timely.
• Ensure proper closing-out of project account finalization.
• Able to draft letter to client or contractor for contractual issues

Job Responsibilities

• Possess a Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent
• Able to do Tender
• Proficient in using AutoCAD
• Familiar with sketchup and able to make 3D proposal for projects
• Preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience
