Position Overview

As a data-driven Marketing manager in Lifecycle Marketing team, you will join the team that designs and delivers digital engagements across the customer lifecycle, reporting to Sr. Manager Lifecycle Marketing (APJ), hybrid, or onsite. Our team owns/creates/activates impactful marketing strategies, to promote adoption, engagement, and renewal rates, through owned touchpoints and in-product experiences. You will own and activate a series of marketing strategies/projects, to improve the digital post purchase experiences of customers, across varied products of Autodesk, and across all markets in APAC, Japan, and some global markets. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive lifecycle marketing projects that improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention, across APAC, Japan, and some global markets

Ownership

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing / Lifecycle marketing / Customer Experience Management or related experience, from B2B, SaaS background
• Experience implementing data-driven marketing strategies, based on customer behaviour and product usage insights, towards adoption and engagement

As the head of CRM, you will be an integral part of the Charles and Keith, contributing to increased customer value, brand strength, and sales growth. User Training and Support:

• Utilize data-driven insights to develop personalized and relevant communication strategies.
• Measure and report on key CRM metrics, such as customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value etc.

• Monitor key loyalty program metrics, such as active member acquisition rate, redemption rate, Program engagement, NPS and Loyalty ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

General Overview

This role is responsible for internal and/or external coordination and communication for the following:

• preparation for day ahead gas nomination and allocation as instructed from time to time,
• carrying out scheduling duties by adhering to respective timelines as per the agreed SOP,

1. hourly send-out nomination,
2. scheduling of send-out, and
3. clearing of Uniform Singapore Energy Price (USEP),

• execution of the assigned tasks by the reporting manager and according to the SOP.

• Ensure send-out scheduling and systems interface amongst SLNG, customer and gas transporter are done in a timely manner
• Ensure allocation of metered quantities to respective customer, end users and gas transporter are properly allocated in accordance to SLNG’s contractual rights for accurate billing
• Monitor and report for abnormalities
• Timely and proper hand-over and take-over of the nomination and scheduling activities as listed above

• Verify SLNG’s monthly electricity invoices and fuel accounting including accruals with Finance.
• Prepare GEG's efficiency report for EMA and reports for Market Surveillance and Compliance Panel.

Truck Loading Scheduling

THE POSITION

Title:

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

As the COO, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, scalability, and efficiency across the organization. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and contribute to the overall success of RegASK. Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Strategy:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

2. Revenue operations:

· Sales process optimization:

o Analyze and optimize the end-to-end sales process to improve efficiency and accelerate deal cycles.

o Implement tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity and performance.

· Forecasting & Budgeting:

o Collaborate with finance to develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets.

o Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective measures as needed.

3. Team Leadership:

· Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operations team.

· Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

· Establish clear performance metrics and goals for the operations team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

4. Process Optimization:

· Identify and implement process improvements across various departments to enhance workflow and efficiency.

· Work closely with department heads to analyze current processes and recommend enhancements to drive scalability.

· Implement best practices and standards for operational excellence.

· Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

· Ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operational activities with overall business objectives.

5. Data Analysis:

· Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.

· Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the success of operational initiatives

6. Risk Management:

· Identify and mitigate operational risks that may impact the business and develop strategies to mitigate them.

· Develop and implement contingency plans for critical operational functions.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

· 10 years of experience in senior operations role, within a SaaS or technology driven company.

· Familiarity with Technical and software proficiency

Your Role

As EHS Engineer you will be part of the Facilities & Logistics team of a growing BSL-2 GMP Facility (~4,000 m2) which offers Contract Testing Services for biopharmaceutical companies across the APAC region. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance to regulatory and corporate EHS requirements, and you will promote a safety, health and sustainability culture across all employees. You will also coordinate equipment maintenance and lead investigations and CAPA’s to maintain high-quality standards and ensure the safety of life-changing medicines tested at our Singapore site. This role will require close collaboration internally with Lab Operations, Quality, PMO, Regulatory and Corporate EHS.

What You Do

The position holder is accountable for performing the following functions independently, with minimal guidance:

EHS

• Manage site EHS program to ensure compliance and maintain a safety and healthy work environment. The EHS program encompasses all aspects of providing a safe workplace for its employees including WSH compliance, Fire Prevention, Emergency preparedness, hazardous material control, Biohazard safety and Hazard communication.
• Responsible for chemical safety and biosafety of the BSL-2 lab facility, waste disposal, safety equipment and procedures for managing hazardous substances and pathogens in accordance with regulations and corporate standards.
• Ensure site personnel are competent in performing Risk Assessments and ensuring needed Risk Assessments are completed.
• Responsible for applications, on-site inspections and on-time license renewal by government agencies (NEA, SPF, SCDF, AVS,..).
• Lead CTS-Singapore Safety Committee to promote and achieve a safe workplace.
• Deliver EHS orientation and training to lab employees, visitors and contractors and completes contractor work permit review before the start of work.
• Monitor and report site EHS performance indicators, recommend actions and implement CAPA’s.
• Facilitate site’s emergency response and conduct periodic drills.
• Perform periodic inspection and ensure site personnel are competent in performing safety inspections.
• Reviews safety for new materials introduced to the site and defines appropriate safety measures.
• Ensure site is prepared for and ready to respond in the event of emergency.
• Define and review site safety procedures against regulatory and corporate standards.
• Manages site security with controlled access of lab areas.
• Monitors and reports global safety indices
• Plan local implementation sustainability strategy and promote sustainability initiatives across the site.

Engineering

• Coordinate instrument maintenance with vendor and ensure documentation as per GMP/GLP/GDP requirement
• Monitor equipment maintenance and calibration contracts and work with Procurement for quotations
• Contribute to validation works including coordination with vendor new equipment installation, commissioning, retirement
• Lead investigations, write events, address audit findings and own CAPAs and Change Controls at site level.
• Lead projects impacting site level and support projects and events with global scope.

Who You Are

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Science related discipline
• 1-3 year of working experience in Laboratory, R&D and/or manufacturing environment
• Experience of safety management of hazardous agents and practical knowledge of statutory/regulatory requirements on safety
• 1-2 years working in a regulated environment (GMP) with experience in leading investigations, change controls and regulatory audits preferred
• Understanding of operation of BSL-2 Lab environment is preferred
