The Position

• Accountable for the operational and scientific oversight, the set-up, execution and delivery of their assigned clinical trials at the regional/local level.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications, and network components.
• Microsoft 365 administration on Intune, Entra ID, Sharepoint, Exchange, and Defender.
• Server administration on cloud and on premise, Domain Controller, Active Directory, IIS, DNS, VOIP, LDAP.
• Network administration on firewall, switches, VPN, VLAN, WiFi controller.
• Resolve Level 1 and 2 computer or application issues to local and remote users.
• Escalation of Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors.
