Key Responsibilities Include:

You will be in the forefront providing a full spectrum of insurance products & services to meet the financial and investment needs of our customers and small-medium-enterprises (SMEs) business owners:

• Provide consultative financial advisory services to meet both customers’ and business owners’ financial goals, transforming business opportunities into personal opportunities and vice versa
• Proactively offer Life, Health, General Insurance and Group Business solutions to potential customers and business owners
• Acquiring new customers and business owners through active participation in seminars, lunch talks, workshops and corporate events

Qualifications - External

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• 2 years’ sales experience will be an added advantage

As a Category/Space Management Executive, he/she will work closely with buyers on sales and space utilization review of product categories to achieve targets set in category plans, manage maintenance of home shelf and promotion planograms in accordance to schedule and ensure planogram changes are implemented smoothly and on-time, as well as responsibility on the analysis report.

What Awaits You:

1. Effective range and assortment planning for planogram. Proper planning on execution with follow ups to ensure smooth process on Planogram Change as per schedule.

• Support in the timely maintenance and execution of all planograms to stores weekly via Spaceman Program
• Troubleshoot for Planogram issue between store & buyer.
• Assist in creation & smooth implementation of all planograms requested by Space Development Manager and Merchandise Manager
• Manage the accurate linking of planograms to all new and renovated stores
• Resolve any issues arising from space management (trouble shoot)
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

2. Responsibility on regular and ad hoc analysis report

• Category productivity report
• Management weekly report
• Nielsen report for Marketing/Finance
• Any ad hoc report if any

3. Administration work on refit POG planning

• Update and tagging Planogram to space master.
• Update floorplan on any brand movement change

4. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
