What You'll Do:

• Manage, lead, mentor and train a team of Customer Success Associates
• Coach team to proactively work with customers to find expansion opportunities and increase loyalty and retention
• Identify and qualify growth opportunities for added value within smaller customers, assigned accounts and ensure high retention and renewal rates
• Serve as an escalation point between customers and internal Datadog teams to ensure customer success and adoption
• Act as an internal advocate for our customers putting their best interests first

Who You Are:

• Experienced in 5+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role in the SaaS space with at least 2 of those years leading teams
• Confident in managing a high performing team of revenue focused Customer Success Associates/Managers
• Customer-first mindset and approach to all interactions both internal and external
• Able to complete and influence full cycle sales process
• Strong at multi-task management skills across a varied set of responsibilities, in a fast-paced environment
• Preferably knowledgeable about the B2B tech space or with subscription based software

Design Conceptualization

-Give quality time to study the unique requirements of each client and conceptualize appropriate designs that meet their needs

-Devotion in looking for ways to improve what we design in the spirit of doing our best for our clients

-Provide clear and concise working drawings with specifications

Design Communications

- Propose construction drawings or design ideas

- Learn to give professional advice on space planning, colour scheme and materials selection

-Always have the integrity to do and suggest what is right and not what is convenient

Skills:

-Ability to present and articulate design ideas confidently

- Has good aesthetic sense, a keen eye for detail and is highly creative

-Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin

- Demonstrated experience in rendering of interior drawings using Adobe 3dsMax

- Demonstrated experience in 2D floorplan drawings using Adobe Autocad

-Knowledge in other graphic design softwares is a bonus (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
