This is a project management internship located in Singapore. The candidate will be primarily responsible for assisting the commercial team with account management across all our international clients and agency partners for projects.

Responsibilities

· Stay informed of industry trends, emerging platforms, and community management best practices to ensure the community’s continuous improvement and growth

· Providing day-to-day support and coordination of all activities with internal teams

· You will learn the entire project lifecycle - from project initiation and planning to delivery of the project on time, within budget

· Organize - in terms of set up and scheduling - internal meetings and manage internal meeting notes and team next steps

· Work with the agency partners to ensure timely delivery and due diligence

· Develop relationships with teams internally, clients & partner agencies

· Assist with management, quality assurance and delivery of all final campaign assets

· Track deliverables against scope of work or estimate

General Manager will lead a team, develop, and implement strategic plans, and ensure the achievement of business objectives. Your role involves overseeing various departments, managing resources, and fostering a positive working environment.

You will also -

• Oversee business strategy, budget planning, team building, and performance management for all operations in Singapore
• Execute strategic business plans toward achieving the revenue and profit objectives
• Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Manage all online and offline sales channels in the Singapore market from end to end
• Own all aspects of the retail and e-commerce operations including retail sales, customer service, inventory management, logistics, visual merchandising, and so on
• Manage the customer service operations and lead the team to achieve NPS targets
• Acquire and develop new retail sales channels and sales partnerships
• Oversee the marketing function and lead the marketing team to decrease the cost of user acquisition and increase customer lifetime value

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for creating and developing detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit etc.

2. To update and maintain the BIM models and drawings to reflect any design changes, construction progress, or as-built conditions and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.

3. Keep the models and drawings up to date and ensure that the information remains accurate and reliable.

4. Using Common Data Environment (CDE) to manage the process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, client, and stakeholders.

5. Knowledge of Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM).

6. Generate shop drawings for preliminary, design, construction and as-built stages from BIM models.

7. Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager and ensure drawings quality and drawings submission schedule are achieved.

8. Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings (CSD), Structural E&M Drawings (SEM).

9. Ensure that BIM deliverables and documentation follow BIM Execution Plan (BEP) or requirement/instruction as stipulated.

10. Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent.

2. Minimally 4 year experience in BIM Modeling or drafting work in building construction and project execution.

3. Proficient in BIM software like Revit, Navisworks.

4. Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills.

5. Having a positive attitude and proactive mindset.

6. Adaptable to working both independently and as a team player, with the ability to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines.

7. Be able to work on project site location like Tuas.

Working Hours: 8am to 6pm
