• Lead the design, planning and implementation of all projects related to Retail Design and Visual Merchandising (stores, counters, podiums)

• Supervise the coordination of the opening of all domestic and Travel Retail perfume counters with the Regional Visual Merchandising manager and local markets with special attention to special collections installations in terms of design, suppliers’ cost, quality and timing.
• Regularly monitor the Interior Design emplacements evolution and provide management with reports.
• Supervise the enlargement of the list of available suppliers improving construction efficiency for key areas.
• Establish clear and simple Visual guidelines for counters and windows in point of sales.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance to design specifications, lights requirements and building codes
• Verify Return on investment, costs and budget consistency versus planned projects.
