RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the eligibility review of applications for student financial assistance schemes and make appropriate award recommendation.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in all aspects of quantity surveying, cost management, and contract administration for various projects. You will provide cost advice during feasibility studies, and ensure that all financial and contractual aspects of the projects are well managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the overall quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract management activities for assigned projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, providing accurate early cost advice to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor project costs to ensure budgets are adhered to and provide regular financial reports to project stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and managing contract negotiations with contractors.

• Strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and tendering processes.
• Ability to conduct detailed cost analysis and provide accurate financial advice.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
