Job Title: Patient Service Executive / Network Clinic Coordinator

· Support United Primary Care Network (PCN) recruitment, onboarding, and training of GP Partners.

Job Description

· Registration of patients including but not limited to checking of CHAS/Insurance eligibility, name, NRIC, contact no, address, drug allergies, patient’s declaration and temperature.

· Assisting doctors to chaperone, during procedures and ensuring equipment are sterile/ready for use.

· Preparation, replenishment, checking, dispensing of medications.
