The Ecommerce Assistant role is under our business unit, Eu Yan Sang Marketing Pte Ltd. This role will support ecommerce operations and provide excellent customer shopping experience to build stronger customer relationships and satisfactions.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in e-stores management, including updating inventory status, creating new products, and setting up promotions.
• Provide support in digital marketing activities.
• Manage customer enquiries and provide timely response.
• Data entry and tabulate reports.
• Provide administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required.

EDUCATION

• Minimum GCE “O” level qualification.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Possesses excellent customer service mindset with good communication skills.
• Good written and verbal skills (English and Mandarin - to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts for job purposes).
• Organized and meticulous.
• Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Looking for part-time, to commit at least for 4 months, 3 full days a week (preferably on Monday and 2 other days either from Tuesday to Thursday).
• Hourly Rate at $10-$11/hr.

Working Location: Taiseng

Working Timing & Days: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30am & half Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm.

(OT required when there are large orders).

Job Description

• Performing tasks assigned by Production Supervisor (including but not limited to packing, assembling and finishing of hampers)
• Assisting Production Supervisor in managing production facilities
• Operate equipment and machinery as required to fulfil tasks.
• Conducting Quality Assurance Verification on work orders according to specifications.
• Ensure that actual production output matches Production KPI.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in gifts or hamper packing, assembling.
• Knowledge in using pallet jet but not necessary.
• Able to handle large production schedule during peak periods. (minimum 100 hampers per day)
• Able to handle, carry and assemble large hampers weighing 15kg and above.
