· Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site, including management of all M&E works and E&M subcon;

· Read and interpret M&E Drawings.

· Attend weekly site meeting with client, sub-con and/or consultant if required.

REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience) :

· Tertiary Education in electrical/mechanical engineering fields

. Min 8 years engineering experience and at least 5 years experience in supervision of E&M construction/infrastructure works;

. must have past experience working on design and build Singapore MRT projects and dealing with the various system wide E&M contractors and the Contractors' own E&M subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

· Process Monthly payroll for employees using Opensoft for approximately 150 headcounts.

· Leave administration for e-Leave portal.

· Generate monthly payroll reports and handle payroll related enquiries.

· Responsible for Work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.

· Prepare and draft Letter of Appointment, Letter of Confirmation and other employment related contracts.

· Timely submission of CPF contribution, IR21 and yearly income tax filing.

· Submission of government-paid claims such as Training Grants, NS claims, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave and other government related claims.

· Handle MOM Surveys.

· Maintaining personnel files and keep HR related information updated.

· Perform HR functions including Payroll, Employee data maintenance, Training administration and day to day HR process.

Requirement:

· Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or related field

· At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience

· Worked in Food & Beverage (F&B) industry will be an added advantage

· Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act

· Able to maintain close and effective personal working relationships at all levels of the organization

· Good sense of responsibility, meticulous

· Good team player with interest to learn

· Proficient in Microsoft Words / Excel / Power Point
