This is a very challenging project which requires Alstom to execute complex and new work and strong coordination with various stakeholders (E&M, Civil, Trackwork, System Integrator, Public Transport Authorities and Operator).

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

• Participate in the development of the T&C procedures and adequate method statements based on defined specifications from the system and sub system design to meet the contractual requirements.
• Prepare, manage and lead the on-site execution of the T&C activities until final handover to the authority.
• Coordinate and lead the execution of the Integrated T&C activities (external interfaces tests) with the participating E&M contractors.

• Experience in ATM or POS environments as well as the global card schemes.
• Knowledge in enterprise architecture, Java, SOA, Microservices, containerization, API and modern integration methods (e.g. Kafka) are a plus.
• Knowledge in cloud technologies, such as virtualization, containers, high availability, data security, as well as the design and operation of cloud environments are a plus.
• Knowledge in card (debit and credit) and/or cardless payment projects and, of various flavors of ISO8583 implementations aligned with Payment industry standards, are a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Regional Payroll Manager is responsible for establishing a payroll framework and operations excellence for Group globally. This role partners closely with and supports employees and internal stakeholders, handles issue resolution, process optimization, and collaborates with the finance accounting team to ensure proper reporting and recording of compensation expenses.

The Regional Payroll Manager will also assist in the regional and global payroll projects, as needed, oversee and manage payroll operations, stay abreast of labour, employment tax, and payroll developments globally.

Job Description

· Manage and process the Group’s payroll locally and overseas.

· Ensure compliance to SOPs, regulatory updates and liaise with local statutory authority with regards to local pension, insurance, tax and etc.

· Review internal operational policies and procedures to ensure they are updated in line with industry standards.

· Compile payroll data for compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audits.

· Utilise the HR Information System (HRIS) to input, manage, and maintain employee data.

· Collaborate with the rest of the HR team to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS.

· Generate insightful reports from HRIS data to provide valuable insights for decision-making.

· Actively participate in the implementation and integration of new payroll systems and upgrades.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HRIS and payroll systems.

· Acts as contact person for the company to third parties such as Tax and Social Security authorities, Pension Funds, Insurance Companies and payroll providers

· Provides information to employees on payroll matters, tax issues and queries.

· Implements new / changing reporting requirements as per global directives.

Job Requirements

· Degree in Human Resources, Business Management equivalent

· Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant payroll processing and statutory compliance experience for Singapore.

· Hands-on working experience in global payroll for countries in APAC and USA and UK and AP and managing large scale HR system implementation projects.

· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal and ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage projects within set timelines.

· Team attitude and ability to work with a variety of skillsets and autonomously.

Reporting to the Manager, Outreach & Volunteers, the Associate Executive will contribute to the development and implementation of the SCH’s development initiatives, fund raising projects, volunteer management and community engagement programmes, activities and events. He/She will support SingHealth Community Hospital (SCH)’s philosophy of care in providing patients with an unhurried and personalised care in a homely environment to promote healing and integration back home or the community. • Conduct case assessment and formulate Individualized Care Plan for Persons with Dementia and their carers.
• Provide intervention such as psychoeducation, supportive counselling and service referral. Able to administer Advance Care Planning will be a bonus.
• Liaise and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals and external service providers for holistic care management.
• Provide case recordings and relevant documentations.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences as required.
• Assist in the preparation of data and statistics for programme evaluation and reporting purposes.
• Plan and facilitate Peer Support Group for Carers of Persons with Dementia.
• Plan and set-up Peer Support network amongst carers for Persons with Dementia.
• Support in outreach events and talks.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Preferably with degree in an allied health profession/social work
• Good oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to speak a second language and/or dialect(s) will be an added advantage
• Ability to facilitate group sessions will be an added advantage
• Able to work on occasional Saturdays and weekday evenings.

• Passionate about dementia care and working with people
• Prior working experience in dementia care will be an added advantage
