Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role, with a strong focus on building and maintaining infrastructure for web-based applications.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or GO Lang, and experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., Laravel, React, or Node.js).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Expertise in infrastructure automation and configuration management tools, such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD concepts and experience with implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of networking principles, database management systems, and server administration (Linux/Unix and/or Windows).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk for infrastructure and application performance monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

The Project Coordinator will assist Project Manager in oversees the planning, implementation, execute, monitor and track projects from beginning till end with specified deliverables.

Role and responsibilities:

To ensure that the project runs smoothly by tracking project progress, effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to Management and Project Team.

Providing detailed updates to project manager

Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits

Organizing project logistics, Coordinating product deliveries with the warehouse and project site.

Assist Project Manager in carrying out all shop drawings, method statements submission

Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks

Requirements

Diploma / Certificate in Architecture, Interior and Building Related Field

Minimum 2 Years relevant working experiences. Fresh graduates who are willing to learn are welcome
