Job Description:

- Provide in-class support for the identified students during curriculum hours and after school programme

Personal Assistant

· Administer of Advisor’s calendar including organizing and managing appointment schedule.

· Organize and manage travel arrangements.

· Prepare correspondence, reports, materials for presentations, meetings etc.

[Accounts Responsibilities]

3. Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation of daily, monthly and yearly transactions and key into the SAP for HQ as well.

[Admin & HR Responsibilities]

1. To provide office administration duties, filing organizing and managing the day to day running of the office.

(ACRA, IRAS, MOM, CPF etc.)

3. To manage incoming corresponding(email, faxes, mails & telephone calls)

4. Supporing to HR works (employee contract, caculated OT and supporting to staff requirements) as well.

5. Assist in any ad-hoc duties when assigned by manager.
