• Responsible for the supervision and resource planning of the Credit Review Group(CRG).

Requirements

• 10-15 years’ experience in the areas of credit risk analysis, credit approval and/or credit review function. Audit experience in a leadership capacity would be an added advantage.

• Work with E-commerce and digital marketing teams to ensure marketing strategy and promotions for online and offline platforms are complimentary and minimise sales cannibalisation.
• Plan & develop sales strategies to achieve monthly projected targets.
• Coordinate internally to ensure timely deliveries to clients.
• Assist in preparation of monthly sales reports for management's review.
• Prepare quotations for potential clients.
• Attend to clients in a proactive manner, ensuring that clients’ expectations are met on a timely manner.
• Render simple technical assistance upon request by clients or escalation to customer support department when required.
• Attend to and follow up on sales enquiries from customers.
• Coordinate internally to ensure timely and proper fulfilment of customers’ requirements.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work on weekends (5-day week)
• Preferably Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing/Engineering or equivalent.
• Independent and proactive individual.
• Must be service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to handle both end-consumers and inter-departments.
• Those with working experience with SAP (B1) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and assembling component parts in the production line, while ensuring the quality and functionality of finished products
• Reworking and sorting of products
• Identifying any defective items and handle them according to established procedures
• Maintaining a clean, orderly and safe working area
• Performing other production activities whenever necessary

Requirements

• Minimum N'Level/O' Level or equivalent.
• Team-player but able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Organised and meticulous
• Preferably have working experience in soldering

a. Ensure that good safety and high quality of work are being carried out by the Contractor in compliance with the statutory requirements

b. To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance with the Project specifications, construction drawings, and Building Control Act and Regulations.

c. To assist SRE in the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s)

d. To assist SRE in administrative control of the site staff, instill and maintain discipline, punctuality, and keep daily records of staff attendance, and other matters concerning the site staff's administrative matters.

e. To oversee all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting records.

f. To provide full support and assistance, as and when directed by the SRE or client

g. To check and assess temporary works by the Contractor to ensure that the works are safe and in compliance with all relevant Regulations.

h. To ensure that Contractor’s working procedure complies with the agreed method statement and relevant workplace safety and health regulations and to direct modification to the procedure, if necessary, to comply with the agreed method and safety and health regulations.

i. Any other Adhoc tasks are given by management

Criteria:

- Min 4 years of civil engineering experience

- Min 2 years of experience in geotechnical and deep excavation works

- Degree in Civil Engineering

- Accredited as a RE with IES
