Offshore Mobile Lab Superintendent will be a qualified and experienced Geotechnical Lab technician / Engineer with a detailed operational and maintenance knowledge of offshore geotechnical labs. He has practical and theoretical background for seabed light-geotechnical site investigation, and specifically the wide range of laboratory technical equipment & resources used to conduct such operations.

• The main role is to oversee the operation and maintenance of offshore laboratory containers permanently fixed on dedicated geotechnical drilling vessels, as well as mobile offshore laboratories that can be mobilised to third party geotechnical vessels.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of export & import of airfreight shipments.
• Collaborate with various departments within the airfreight division to optimize procedures and minimize inefficiencies.

Requirements:

1. Candidates with project experience in commercial office fit-outs are highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written is essential.
4. Basic understanding of the design and calculation of HVAC systems is necessary.
5. Assisting with tender calculations, preparing presentation materials for tenders, and participating in tender interviews.
6. Must be a team player, capable of effectively collaborating and communicating with clients, suppliers, contractors, and team members throughout the project.
7. Monitor project costing and progress payment, variation works and cost control.
8. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during projects is required.
