Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support for the countries front and back-office organization in relation to OEM accounts prescription, machines conversion and/or new machines design specifications (saturation) through the value set of values of EcoStruxure Automation Expert:Visit customers together with the salesforce and, following their requests, actively detect and follow up leads to reorient towards billable pre-sales/ pre-project services such as pre-project consultation, project feasibility studies, site audits, etc.
  Introduce and promote the complete EcoStruxure Automation Expert solutions in terms of strengths, weaknesses, and possibilities.
  Build demos to help customers visualize the main solutions concepts whenever required (proof of concept “POC”).
  Develop required technical and commercial argumentation documents.
  Help to close deals by providing differentiating elements to the salesforce for the commercial argumentation.
  
• Application design responsibilitiesResponsible as technical functional leader for the development and maintenance of OEM conversion (including conversion from competitors). Working together with Schneider internal execution team/ development team by supervising and coaching them in order the development team can deliver OEM standard solution based on EcoStruxure Automation Expert with good quality, on-time and answer all the customer requirements/ needs.
  Support countries entities to technically interface of OEM Central Engineering Team (develop and maintain technical relationship)
  Ensures technical consistency of Schneider proposals.
  Ensures acceptance of Schneider by project decision makers across different OEM stakeholders
  
• System Architecture design responsibilitiesWorking together with country organization or account owner of common Machine/ Process OEM by delivering pre-sales support for EcoStruxure Automation Expert solution/ application with technology knowledge in OEM subsegment.
  Translating customer needs and pain points to offer and architecture EcoStruxure Automation Expert based (machine and or process Architecture)
  Build a strong network of sales & pre-sales team in countries, capable to promote our EcoStruxure Automation Expert UVP’s into the OEMs of the selected segments/sub-segments.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• You can demonstrate experience designing, engineering, and commissioning Industrial Automation systems for Process OEM’s /OEM’s and related customer type with the EcoStruxure Automation Expert platform. (mandatory to have)

Optimizing the performance of health systems is essential to ensuring the wellbeing and longevity of populations worldwide. Singapore is particularly well placed to lead research in this field as its health system has been consistently ranked as one of the best in the world based on independent evaluation with the Global Burden of Disease data. The new Centre for Research in Health Systems Performance (CRiHSP) aims to advance research in this area within the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine of the National University of Singapore (NUS) as the leading centre for research in health systems in Asia with the following core functions:

1. Research: empirical and methodological research and evidence synthesis on health systems performance with a particular focus on Value Based Healthcare.
2. Health policy intelligence: health policy impact analysis aimed at policy makers, service providers, researchers, and the wider public.
3. Capacity building: formal postgraduate programme (from certificates to PhD), fellowships, mentoring, on-the- job and ad hoc training

Context of the project: In Know Your Customer process, users sometimes need to load data in mass without going through a standard workflow in the application.
