Reporting to the Director, Market Analysis, the Senior Market Analyst will be responsible for supporting Singapore Trading desks by providing short- and long-term fundamental analysis to the Crude desk. Responsibilities:

• Developing strategies to increase sales
• Manage and ensure achieving monthly sales target

Requirements:

• Own car with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in packaging industry preferred
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Sales and Marketing an advantage
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with English / Chinese speaking associates

• Hold a valid, trade appropriate certificate or suitable experience or working knowledge of either Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical and Marine systems.

• Be diligent and only use the correct parts and tools when conducting maintenance.

• Maintain a neat and clean working area and workshop.

• Meet all the relevant requirements of IMCA D 001 and hold an up to date Logbook.

• Valid First Aid Certificate.

• Valid in-date Basic Offshore Safety Course, at a recognised training centre.

• Ability to meet deadlines and to prioritise and multi-task.

• Ability to work within a Team and be a trustworthy team member.

• Initiative-taking attitude with high attention to detail.

• Be fluent in spoken and written English.

• Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety.

• Successfully complete the Shelf Subsea IMCA-based Competency Assurance and Assessment Program. • Ability to represent the Company in a professional manner.

• Ability to stop the work when witnessing an unsafe act or condition.

RESPONSIBILITIES

An Assistant Manager in Client Servicing will lead project teams in the design, set-up and management of turnkey research projects, and carry out account management activities - managing existing client relationships, including seeking repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Direct complex projects and higher-value work, displaying well-developed research skills, knowledge and thought
• Generate meaningful insights from research data to add real value to the client
• Demonstrate a high-level of competence in project debriefs and client recommendations. Design and co-implement advanced analytics techniques where relevant (with the marketing science team)
• Maximize opportunities for client contact; relationship-building and seeking repeat and new business wins, including a min of two targeted account face-to-face meetings/year
• Keep abreast of current trends within market research and competitors, in order to develop personal skills / knowledge base and transfer knowledge, skills and expertise through training and coaching
• Supervise junior executives work and provide analytical and reporting guidance

• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 6-8 years of strong Market Research Experience in managing projects of different types and across a wide array of industries
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a people manager

Job Purpose

Conduct KYC review of counterparties in LCMA Dept

Provide admin support to LCMA Agency Group

Job Responsibilities

AML Checks
• Conduct KYC reviews of counterparties including financial institutions and insurance companies
• Obtain information from counterparties where necessary
• Consult with Legal and Compliance Department on complex KYC issues
• Obtain necessary approvals to complete the KYC review within stipulated timeline
Manage KYC information of customers
• Support LCMA to obtain necessary KYC information and documents from customers as requested from time to time
• Send the KYC information and documents to respective parties as required
• Follow through on the KYC requests received from lenders to ensure no delays at our end
Provide administrative support to Agency Group
• Arrange conference calls, meetings and site visits
• Handle general inquiries from borrowers and lenders
• Support agency staff on general administrative tasks including courier of documents
Other duties
• Ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements
• Degree or equivalent
• Familiar with regulatory requirements pertaining to KYC/ AML eg MAS Notice 626.
• Certifications in AML would be an added advantage.
