As Content Specialist, you will cultivate and maintain GCO-support articles while working collaboratively across Autodesk teams to ensure accuracy of all the elements of information in our content. In this newly designed position, you will play a critical role in enabling Autodesk to provide self-service solutioning to our customers and partners by providing quality content to inform AI-driven help.

You’ll use your passion and enthusiasm for content curation to elevate the quality of content across all topics related to GCO support. The Content Specialist will report directly to the Service Excellence Team Manager in Global Operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team and article readiness in GCO by writing new articles in preparation for changes in the business that impact our scope of support.

Scientist for Advanced Photonics (Photonic Computing and Quantum Computing)

As part of IME’s Photonics & Sensors Department, the candidate will paticipate in various projects for the development of photonic computing, quantum photonics, or other photonic applications. This will include photonic circuit design, characterization, electro-optic integration, and verification of system functionalities. The Business Process Analyst role in Global Customer Operations manages the policy and process related to Case Management workflows in SFDC, Customer Master and Asset Management. The main objective of the department is to assist the CRO’s Office in the management of MC Branch offices and subsidiaries in the Asia-Oceania region, of its related activities and support our senior executives in our head office in Tokyo on the aspect of internal audit function.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or equivalent.
• Significant knowledge and experience in process control of Accounting, Auditing, International Trading.
