Social Gifting provides free crafting sessions to co-create exquisite handmade gifts with warriors, empowering them to build on their strengths and enabling them to live an enriching life with dignity. They include warriors who are fighting their battles in autism, mental illness, physical disabilities, motherhood, and seniors in social isolation.

As of 2023, with the help of 3,325 volunteers, we have conducted 698 crafting sessions to co-create 91,017 gifts with 166 differently-abled crafters. We have also provided $659,965 employment opportunity to caregivers and differently-abled crafters

We are looking for a Marketing and Partnership Assistant to:

• Develop and review marketing collateral for campaigns and ensure that deadlines are met
• Develop and execute new marketing campaigns as needed to support promotional activities and enhance brand visibility
• Handle and coordinate with undergrads to ensure their tasks are completed
• Develop and create media releases, key messages, speeches, and presentations where required
• Work closely with the Founder and undergrads to create new products in order to increase sales and engage the beneficiaries
• Coordination of booths, events advertising and promotional programmes
• Coordinate and manage media and public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness
• Guide undergrads to generate media tracking and tabulation
• Manage social media/ website and respond to the public’s enquiries promptly
• Keep oneself updated with marketing trends, innovations, communication techniques, and any media regulations

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

• No work experience required.

• Good written and spoken communication skills

This is a key role requiring you to leverage on your experience within the power generation industry and network of professional relationship to identify combine cycle plant opportunities by engaging with key stakeholders and decision makers within the energy sector. This includes Independent Power Providers (IPPs), local developers, regulators, utilities, EPCs, financers and consultants to name a few.

As subject matter expert on decarbonisation, you are able to provide guidance to both internal and external stakeholders on the project development process and the various milestones in a gas power plant development, within a specific country(s), but also build the narrative on how gas is featured as part of the energy transition. In doing so, you will partner with GE’s Energy Financial Services (EFS) and Business Development teams to identify early engagement opportunities to position GE’s technology in the early development activities so our customers are able to align themselves with their country’s latest decarbonisation policy.

You have your finger on the pulse. • Ability to demonstrate a successful track record in developing power plants and are well versed in the carbon trading system and how it can help on the feasibility of the development will be an added advantage
