The new Centre for Investor Protection aims to undertake independent research, public education and related activities to promote the improvement of investor protection in Singapore and beyond. Projects conducted by the centre should have significant implications for policy and practices relating to investor protection. The key types of research and activities to be conducted are:

The Research Manager will report to the centre Director and is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the centre’s projects. Our research helps to understand the molecular drivers of virus evolution and population dynamics, and their influence on virulence and pathogenicity.

The candidate is expected to play a critical role in generating and fostering a cutting-edge, interdisciplinary research environment. The candidate should possess a strong background in molecular virology and/or immunology, and will utilize metagenomics sequencing and virologic techniques to understand the evolutionary dynamics of different RNA viruses. Job Description:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in biological sciences, chemistry or related field
• At least 5 years academic or industrial experience in biology or chemistry laboratories as a technician or research officer.
• Experience with inventory management of samples or compounds, database software.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, demonstrated ability in establishing and managing research partnerships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Description

· Monitor vessel operations for compliance with the Company’s HSEQ policies and procedures, ensuring that it is effectively implemented on board by means of responding to all HSQE reports within company’s SMS.

Qualification: Master Mariner with seagoing experience as senior officer on Tanker. Previous shore experience of two years at least similar position. The Southeast Asia Business Exchange Team will support Australian exporters to enter, compete and grow in Southeast Asia. They will also support efforts to boost two-way trade. As part of the program, Austrade team members will:
