Job Requirement

• Diploma/degree in computer studies

A Perfusionist is responsible for providing life support for patient through cardiopulmonary bypass during heart and related surgeries, where the cessation of the heart and lungs are essential. • Take the lead in targeting new donor segments (e.g. corporates and international donors) by establishing and implementing the “go-to-market” strategy and relationships with donors in these new segments. This could entail identifying and cultivating relationships (from scratch) with connectors and “multipliers” (e.g. business associations, government agencies) as part of the “go-to-market” strategy.
• Key contributor in shaping and charting the direction for the department’s strategic plans. In particular, coming up with an end-to-end strategy for new donor market segments with clear ideas and direction on: 1) Which market to target; 2) How to target; 3) Concrete action items; 4) Measurable outcomes.
• To work as a team to deliver BPR, DT and Service Excellence projects in order to enhance Dept’s productivity and service quality.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any field
• At least 8 years’ experience in philanthropic fundraising or sales & business development roles.
• Proven track record in closing major gifts and/or commercial sales contracts.
• Experience representing institutions/organizations in engaging high-net-worth individuals, foundations and/or corporate institutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to liaise, consult and negotiate with donors and other relevant internal/external stakeholders.
• Enjoys and is comfortable navigating in previously uncharted donor segments and defining new strategies to penetrate these new donor segments.
• Team player with the ability to operate independently whilst contributing to team goals and initiatives.
• Ambitious and driven with a “hunter” personality.

Job Description
• Conduct new equipment pre delivery inspection and rectification work if required.
• Perform outdoor servicing of equipment.
• Troubleshoot issue related to engine, hydraulic, drivetrain, electrical system of the equipment.
• Prepare/repair equipment for rental/sale.
• Proper housekeeping and maintenance of workshop premises tools and equipment.
• Perform any other ad hoc task when required.

Requirements:
• Minimum NITEC education or O Level.
• Technical write up in Standard English is required.
• Experience in heavy equipment repair is preferable.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Possess work experience in construction machinery, diesel engine or truck experience.

• To interpret and develop P&ID, technical data sheet preparation and I/O wiring diagram
• To carry out electrical calculation for the design
• Responsible for reviewing of electrical documents and specification from clients and consultants

• To liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors to resolve technical issue at site and in office
• To co-ordinate with engineers of other disciplines within the department
• To prepare Pre-procurement including evaluation of technical and commercial bid from vendor and supplier
• To provide engineering support in tendering of new projects such as preliminary design, material and cost esimates etc
