- Utilize expertise in Dynamics NAV 2018 to customize and optimize the system.

- Collaborate with Finance to extract and manage relevant data.

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for users to enhance ERP utilization.

- Act as a liaison between IT and Finance for seamless data integration.

Project Management:

- Oversee IT projects to align with organizational objectives.

- Maintain project timelines and provide proactive updates to the Head of IT.

- Develop training materials and documentation for projects.

- Ensure meticulous documentation and filing post-project completion.

IT Infrastructure Management:

- Ensure stability in the server room cooling system.

- Oversee hardware and software upgrades and installations.

- Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, servers, and peripherals.

- Escalate critical issues to the principal entity.

Network Security:

- Implement and manage network security measures.

- Ensure antivirus protection on all servers and endpoints.

- Monitor and restrict external devices without updated antivirus from connecting.

Backup and Data Management:

- Manage backup software and data integrity.

- Perform daily checks on backup data and escalate issues promptly.

- Maintain a secure backup copy of SQL Database.

Document Management:

- Oversee IT document management, including contracts, NDAs, quotations, and invoices.

- Ensure timely submission of payment processes to Accounts Payable.

Monthly Reporting and Updates:

- Prepare and present IT reports in monthly departmental meetings.

- Provide fortnightly updates on IT activities.

Onboarding and IT Training:

-Facilitate company-wide onboarding sessions covering IT dos and don’ts.

-Provide comprehensive training on system usage and best practices

-Offer ongoing support to staff for IT-related queries during the integration period.

Prerequisites:

- Extensive expertise in Dynamics NAV 2018.

- Proven track record in ERP consultancy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Business Partnering with Commodity and BU Finance teams; supporting these teams with data, analysis, metrics and process creation/improvements
• Measure and track monthly Cost Savings vs target; and work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to bridge such gaps
• Prepare monthly actuals and forecast on Direct and Indirect Spend; and variance analysis to actual
• Support month end activities such as Purchase Price Variance
• Support Cost Centre Controlling; including template roll-overs; forecasting and budgeting process
• Support and drive ad-hoc projects; including analysing supplier pricing variances; geographical spend profile and indirect expenses such as IT etc. to identify opportunities for cost savings
• Support in the implementation of new business improvement activities; including low cost sourcing, dual cost sourcing and landed cost analyses to drive cost reductions
• Ability to handle large data sets (>35,000 parts) and assist in reporting improvements by leveraging on IT systems

EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge in Spend and Cost Savings management reporting; understanding of procurement and supply chain operations preferred
• Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices of cost accounting
• Familiar with financial forecasting and budgeting
• Previous experience with fully integrated SAP, ERP systems
• Advanced user on data visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel and Powerpoint
• Ability to interact and influence other functional teams across the organisation
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience working in a MNC

EDUCATION

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, manufacturing OR similar high technology manufacturing environment.
• CPA Certification
