overseeing overall building maintenance and security operation for all Central Offices, includes conducting inspection, coordinating maintenance/ improvement programs and projects, compile data for reporting and forecasting future needs and costs

Assist in operations and implementation of facilities management programmes, including formulating programmes relating to routine and periodic maintenance works, plan and implement the cyclical replacement/ enhancement works for all Central Offices

• Support Manager for preparation of operation and capital budget, monitoring and control to ensure completion within time and cost objectives.

• Assist in contract administration and management, including calling, evaluation, negotiation and award recommendation of tenders/ quotations.

• Support the effective planning and management of activities of outsourced service partners, providing supervision and controlling their performance

• Coordinate with internal associate engineers and the appointed managing agent to ensure maintenance of all systems are being carried out according to plan and contracted scope of work and manage facilities related to timely repair and replacement work.

• Assist to investigate, develop and implement solutions, trouble shoot on day to day operational problems of facilities and building.

• Assist to develop and implement policies, protocol and procedures to maintain full compliance with the prevailing legislative acts and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct periodical quality control inspections at all Central Offices for potential safety hazards and unsafe conditions, initiate corrective measures to maintain a secure, safe and healthy work environment

• Attend to all emergency/crisis on and off hours and provide a timely response to incidents as they arise and assist in emergency management and contingency planning.

• Assist in internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Facilities Management/ equivalent with 4-5 years experience
• Well versed in all facets of facilities management with general knowledge of all real estate functions including planning, development, asset management and project management.

Job Requirments

· Bachelor’s Degree in STEM studies i.e. Sciences, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

· 0-2 years of working experience in software development or financial technical support

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for testing, operate and maintain automated machinery
• Involve in developing and implementing Logistics System, improvement upgrades, maximize efficiency, control maintenance costs and reduce downtime.
• Prepare project materials, cost analyses, estimate yearly retrofit budget and Spare parts management.
• Train the maintenance staffs for new work methodology, observe teams Safety requirements and provide necessary instructions.
• Maintain the reliability and the performance of the all automation and networks systems in the automation layer.
• Utilize equipment Error logs, Event reports, and analysis data from computerized maintenance systems to track equipment reliability.
• Daily checklists review, records equipment PM Work on internal and external service teams.
• Maintain liaisons with other departments to provide necessary support and assist regular MOM PE inspection.
• Able to communicate with oversea IT Online support, Hotline Software Engineers in UK, Australia, Italy and understand the steps to follow up during the troubleshooting with minimum guidance

• Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar field.
• Experience in automation control products such as Siemens IPC, PLC, HMI, SCADA, TIA portal, Various drives and Software hardware. Knowledge onAuto CAD, Microsoft PowerPoint and Operation System knowledge will be preferred.
• Experience with automation equipment such as Conveyors, Lifter, ASRS. Food Procession machines and robotics systems.
• Skills on the electrical testing equipment, dB readings, Inverters settings, Calibration.
• A highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and Cold Room environment in order to complete the daily Operation functions. ie, Ensuring 24-7 Up running, fast moving technologies, new concepts, complex systems and operation timescales will influence your day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyse business requirements into a solution design, manage user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modeling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.
• Hands-on Techno-Functional role to analysis and propose solutions for business issues, process changes and functional requirements.
• Work with different technology teams across infrastructure, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.

Fundamental Requirement

• Experience working in the financial industry with relevant experience in business analysis or in core data science using cloudera platform.
• Previous experience on Data science project and understand the global markets products and its underlying pricing components (Market data analytics and identifying risk factors affecting pricing of the products)
• Understanding of cloudera framework includes CDP (Cloudera Data Platform) and CDSW (Cloudera Data Science Work Bench)
• Experience in Cloudera manager to monitor Hadoop cluster and critical services
• Should have good knowledge and working experience in Hadoop administration (incl. Hive, Impala, Kafka, zookeeper etc.).
• Experience in implementing Data security and access control using Sentry or Ranger
• Must have working understanding of Hadoop architect

• Experience in managing and delivery of trading platforms for Treasury products on a global scale, integrated within the organizations treasury product systems.

Your responsibilities:

As a financial consultant, you will work closely with our clients which are major banks, hedge funds, asset managers, insurance companies, corporate and other players in the capital markets. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on Murex best practices in the organizational modeling in MX.3, transaction lifecycle management, confirmation and matching of transactions, settlements, position management, and financial reporting
• Contributing to client-site MX.3 implementations during the requirements gathering, design, build, test and deployment phases by participating in workshops, preparing documentation, configuring client requirements and performing quality assurance tests.
• Providing client support including managing open issues and supporting upgrade activities
• Communicating development needs to the Murex product development team
• Providing internal and external training

In addition to the above, you may also serve as a functional expert in the sales process.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of Murex experience (in Murex or elsewhere)
• Degree in related computing or financial engineering
• Strong academic background in business, finance, mathematics, and accounting
• Financial products knowledge in FX, FXD, IRD, EQD
• In-depth business knowledge in Murex pre-trade workflow, eTradepad, P&L reporting
• Murex post-trade workflow
• Trade Lifecycle, settlement, market data, GOM
• Technical skills – Unix, Linux, Sybase, scripting in various languages
