A. Overall Purpose of The Job

The Client Success Specialist is part of a Client Services team that will handle all requests and queries sent from our clients and sales team in the region. A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

The incumbent is responsible for developing and driving new businesses as well as account extension businesses of existing clients within the Assigned Segments, from lead generation through to close.
