• Degree in Engineering or science, with 2 - 5 years of progressive Quality responsibility, preferably in medical device / pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Diploma holders in Engineering or science with more than 5 years' experience in Quality are welcomed to apply
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards, including FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

· Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)

· Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting

· Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership

· Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests

· Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems

· Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

· Issuing Quotes/Purchasing orders/Delivery Orders/ Submitting Invoice

· Work closely with procurement and supply chain to monitor purchasing.

· Work closely with sales and Marketing to monitor customer orders and deliverables.

· Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.

· Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

· Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor degree in accounting, business, economics, or finance

· 5-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis, fresh graduate are welcome to apply

· Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information

· Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners

· Excellent business judgment, analytical , and decision-making skills

· Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools

· Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

• Assist quantity surveyor in preparing quotation / BQs
• Assist to prepare claims and final account
• Assist to support general admin adhoc duties
• Oversee taking of quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, pricing and preparation of submission

Proficiency in MS Office

• Managing administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding and scanning.
• Maintaining records, updating paperwork, and documenting procedures as per the requirement of an organisation.
• Coordinating office procedures and administrative systems to assist the smooth running of an organisation.
• Scheduling appointments, supporting planning and coordination of meetings and events.
• Handling requests or queries from senior managers and dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
• Assisting in preparation of regular reports on a company’s expenses and office budgets.
• Providing front-desk service including answering phones, responding to emails and greeting visitors.

• Oversees and participates in fabrications, installations, repairs and improvements to facilities as needed.
• Supervises carpenters to ensure safety and quality in the performance of assigned tasks.
• Install fixtures and apparatuses; repair and replace hardware.
• Constructs custom cabinetry and furniture as needed; repairs or modifies furniture as needed.
• Conform to an established work schedule.

Requirements

• Preferable candidates possess at least Degree/Diploma in any fields
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Knowledge SAP is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm
