We’re looking for an ambitious Retail Manager which helps us to shape and drive the future growth of Givenchy in Singapore.
As Retail Manager Singapore you will be overseeing and implementing the retail strategy for Givenchy in the assigned doors (boutiques, department stores & Sephora). You enjoy networking with retail business stakeholders such as: department store managers, tenant managers, and sales floor manager. Additionally, you have a strong passion to elevate the presentation of our brand is always excellent.
You’ll be an inspiring coach of the Beauty Consultants and convey with enthusiasm and passion a strong team spirit.
Reporting to: Regional Senior Sales & Retail Manager, South-east Asia
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Develop and execute the retail strategy, in line with Givenchy’s objectives and enhance the customer experience
â–Ş Maximize retail performance, sales growth, and profitability
â–Ş Visit boutiques, counters & Sephora stores on a weekly basis, the expectation is to spend 80% of the time in the field
â–Ş Monitor sales and inventory levels, analyze data and trends and make informed decisions to drive business growth
â–Ş Ensure that visual merchandising, customer service, and operational standards are consistently met across all stores
â–Ş Cultivate a close collaborative relationship with retailers, operational local teams and external partners to garner best in class support for brands
â–Ş Analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market trends
â–Ş Gather monthly sell out data & feedback for analysis vs. target, competitors and shop trend & propose corrective action plans to further strengthen sell out performance.
▪ Collaborate closely with the regional marketing team to develop effective in-store activations and mechanics to drive the brand’s business and also provide regular constructive feedback of what may help to drive the brand further in terms of customers recruitment, conversion and retention
â–Ş Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by Marketing department â–Ş Recruit, train, supervise & most importantly motivate the front-line staff (Beauty Consultants & Promoters)
â–Ş Lead, plan, deploy and follow through on the monthly sales objectives of the Beauty Consultants and follow-up on achievement.
â–Ş Ensure boutique/counter teams mastership and consistent daily use of tools, operating standards in line with Retail Audit SOPs & execution
â–Ş Ensure grooming standards, sales technics, product knowledge are well respected.
â–Ş Work hand in hand with Training team to recommend & implement the most effective retail actions on training and client satisfaction projects (i.e., consumer survey)
â–Ş Manage preparation status and feedback report for each promotional event.
â–Ş Look out for opportunities to have extra space, visuals, promotion events etc.
