• Reader and validator subject matter expert
• Develop capabilities for MPS AGIL Pay Reader and Validator for metro and bus transit payment
• Develop AFC Level 1, 2, and 3 architecture for Fare Payment
• Manage card and payment scheme, and reader certification
• Implement fare payment projects involving readers and validators
• Participate in pre-sales, technical solutioning and tender preparation
• Support project delivery and project implementation
• Work with R&D team to develop other payment modes and methods - biometric, palm payment, etc.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• A minimum of five years' experience in AFC system architecture and design
• Demonstrated expertise in systems engineering, software development, and network infrastructure
• Proven track record in managing tender processes for technical projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities, with a history of successful project management
• Relevant certifications in IT architecture, networking, or systems design are beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day email communication with customers and distributors, ensuring clear and professional exchanges.
• Provide quality customer service by reviewing, assessing, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) of 90% email resolution within 5 working days.
• Collaborate with various business units to provide a seamless, one-stop solution to customer inquiries and issues.
• Assist in additional duties and projects as assigned to support the overall team and business objectives.
• Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Identify and escalate priority issues or complex cases to the appropriate department or management.
• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate patience when dealing with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and improve customer service processes.
